4. Keep the rug away from excessive moisture and damp areas to help prevent mould and mildew.

5. For deep cleaning, consult a professional cleaner experienced with natural-fibre rugs.

6. Use rug pads or suitable stair grips to help improve stability.

7. Do not pull loose fibres. Carefully tuck them back or trim them with scissors.

8. If the rug becomes wet, lay it flat and allow it to air-dry completely in a shaded, well-ventilated area.

Care Instructions

Caring for your natural fiber rug is simple:

Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn spots, spot clean by blotting with a mild detergent and allow rug to dry on a flat surface.

Shake dirt and debris out or hand vacuum on the lowest setting and without the beater bar.

Shedding of loose fibers is normal and will diminish over time with regular vacuuming. Sprouting is also normal, in which loose rug fibers poke up out of the rug surface.

Washing Instructions

DO NOT Brush Or Scrub The Rug.

Only Vacuum Clean It Periodically. Avoid Using Vacuum Beater Brush Mode.

If Spills Occur, Blot Immediately. Do Not Rub The Stain.

Rotate Occasionally To Equalize Wear.
