HOW TO FIT
✦ These treads do not have a non-slip backing. Secure each mat with double-sided carpet tape or stair tread grippers (sold separately) before use.
✦ Position each mat in the centre of the step and press firmly along the front edge.
✦ Winder or curved steps: send us the shape and measurements of your steps, and we will help you choose the right option.   WHERE THE RIBBON ENDS
✦ The two ink blue lines reach both short ends of each mat, creating the look of a continuous ribbon when all treads are positioned evenly. Measure the distance from the wall rather than the stair edge, as staircases may not be perfectly square. Place the top and bottom mats first, then align the remaining mats between them.
 
CARE
✦ Vacuum regularly without using a beater bar.
✦ Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the jute.
✦ Keep dry and air dry flat if necessary.
✦ Dyed cord may release colour when soaked, so blot spills promptly.
✦ Natural jute may shed slightly during the first few weeks. Regular vacuuming helps reduce loose fibres.
