For products from Indian Rug Store, our shipping destinations include the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Austria.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories. Should your order contain a P.O. Box address, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you for an alternative address. Failure to receive a response within seven days from the original order date will result in the cancellation of your order.
If you reside in a different country, kindly email our Customer Care team at support@indianrugstore.com, providing your name, country, and email address to be added to our mailing list. We will notify you once we commence shipping to your country.
Our products are custom-made, so production begins once your order is placed! We anticipate shipping your order within 1 to 3 weeks.

Free shipping is valid for standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. and Canada, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories. Handling charges, calculated separately at checkout, are not included in free shipping.
