1. Rug Designer
Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative rug designs, collaborate with product development, select materials, stay updated on industry trends, oversee sampling, maintain records, collaborate with marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field, experience in design, proficiency in design software, artistic skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment:
Primarily studio or office-based, occasional travel, creative and collaborative atmosphere.
2. Graphics Designer
Responsibilities:
Create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, collaborate with team, execute design projects using Adobe Creative Suite, ensure branding consistency, stay updated on design trends, manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, proven experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, understanding of design principles, creative thinking, attention to detail, strong communication skills.

3. Content Writer
Responsibilities:
Craft engaging written content for various platforms, research topics, optimize content for SEO, edit and proofread, stay informed about content trends, collaborate with team members, manage content calendars, analyze performance metrics, communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field, proven writing experience, SEO knowledge, creativity, research skills, proficiency in content management systems, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills.
