HOW TO FIT
✦ These treads have no rubber or latex layer underneath; fix each one with double-sided carpet tape or tread grips (sold separately) before use
✦ Set each tread back from the nose of the step so the edge does not hang over
✦ Curved or pie-shaped winder steps need a custom shape, message us before ordering

USE THE STRIPE AS YOUR RULER
✦ The front blue line shows straight away if a tread sits crooked, so let it guide you
✦ Measure the same distance from the nose of the step at both ends and lay the front line parallel to the edge
✦ Fix the bottom step first, then look up the flight from the floor before fixing the rest; the lines should run as one even ladder

CARE
✦ Vacuum regularly, no beater bar
✦ Spot clean with a damp cloth, do not soak
✦ Keep dry, air dry flat if it gets wet
✦ Check the tape or grips every few months and replace when they lose hold

2. Natural jute sheds a little in the first weeks; regular vacuuming settles it. Indoor use only   .
3. The blue jute can transfer colour while damp, so blot spills quickly and keep off wet floors.
4. Use braided face up; the underside is plain jute with no rubber backing.
